Google at Advertising Week New York

In 2019, Google empowered their key partners to be advocates and delivered a strong POV to the industry by giving them the stage at Advertising Week NY. ‘Google Stages’ was created, a pop-up destination in Chelsea that comprised a diverse range of presentation spaces as well as a huge ‘Digital Playground’ interactive experience that immersed guests in Google and YouTube’s creativity, product offerings and latest tech.

Role: Lead Senior Producer

Location: Chelsea, New York City 
Goal: A full venue buyout and four-day event series for Google and YouTube to put agencies and brands front and center. Audience: 5K digital marketing leaders, 60+ countries, 800+ organizations; in total 1.5K+ guests; Executed 8x show events including general sessions, cocktail receptions, workshops, demo experiences and gallery, breakfast reception and musical performances;
Partner agency: SET Creative 
  • Daily communication and check-ins with multiple client stake holders to meet project goals
  • Handled all production needs as set forth by the strategy, account, creative team & client
  • Worked along side the show and tech team to ensure a smooth and straightforward content delivery
  • Created a plan of action based on the provided budget
  • Worked within the provided budget to meet strategy & creative team needs
  • Managed all event related inventory, set up & load out each day
  • Hired staff & manage production assistants and BAs
  • Worked with the venue & client to implement adjustments as needed
  • Managed vendors including decor, furniture, audio, lighting, AV, F&B
