Rockefeller Center Holiday Truck

“Share The Light” ornaments to be sold at the custom-designed Holiday Truck At Rockefeller Center featuring a light bulb used to illuminate a previous Rockefeller Center Christmas tree. Designed programming and rotating activities for visitors of all ages for the entire month of December: from family-friendly fun including photo booths and family illustrations, to boutique takeovers, carolers and a silent disco.

Role: Lead Senior Producer

Location: Rockefeller Plaza, NYC 
Goal: The Rockefeller Holiday Truck wrapped in customized vinyl resided on the Rockefeller Plaza for the entire month of December 2019. It featured the "Share the Light" Christmas ornaments sales and additional programming and activities to surprise and delight the visitors every day: choir, a silent disco night, illustrations and more. Managed budget, creative and branding, vinyl vendor, decor, programming, PAs, security, client management;

  • Managed the entire project from strategy, sourcing, planning and executing.  
  • Worked hand-in-hand with the creative team on the custom truck designs and additional branding. 
  • Developed a monthly long programming plan and sourced third-party-vendors to participate. 
  • Managed and oversaw the entire budget from start to finish.
  • Worked within the provided budget to meet strategy & creative team & client needs
  • Managed all event related inventory, set up & load out
  • Worked hand-in-hand with the Rockefeller Security Team to ensure safety and access for each activity. 
  • Hired staff & manage production assistants and BAs rotating throughout the day for four weeks. 
  • Worked with the venue & client to implement adjustments as needed
  • Managed all vendors from vinyl vendor, decor, programming, AV, security, PAs
